Return Policy
Twist Boutique offers a 10 day window (from when the package is delivered or picked up), for an exchange or store credit that will never expire. Sale items, jewelry, accessories and healthy living products are final sale.
*Online orders can't be changed or canceled after checkout.
Damages must be reported to Twist Boutique within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and are at the expense of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse credit of the returned item if the above criteria are not met.
When orders are received by Twist Boutique in their original condition, a full credit (minus shipping if applicable) will be emailed as an e-certificate code (store credit) which can be used when shopping online or in-store. This store credit does not have an expiration date. The credit is your responsibility and we are not able to honor a lost code required for the store credit. For security reasons, only the receiver of the store credit has the unique digital code.
