    US Shipping: $8.95 Priority Shipping for orders in U.S. (1 - 3 business days for delivery or free ship over $150.

    Canada Shipping: $20 to anywhere in Canada for orders up to $500.
    Transit it time is 2-3 weeks.

    Damaged Shipments
    If you receive your product damaged, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your package and DO NOT discard any of the packaging material until an investigation with the shipping carrier is complete.  Please take a photo of the damaged outer shipping carton and the product.  An investigation may take up to 2 weeks to complete.

    Lost Shipments
    If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will inform the shipping carrier to start an investigation which may take up to 2 weeks to complete. If the shipment was delivered to the wrong address, we will refund the shipping charges and redirect the shipment to the address provided. If the carrier confirms the package was delivered to the address provided we cannot issue an exchange or refund.

    Our return policy is for online and in-store credit only. Sale items and jewelry are FINAL SALE.

    *Online orders CANNOT be changed or canceled after checkout.

    Twist Boutique allows returns within 10 days from when the package is delivered or at time of transaction for in-store pick up.

    Damages must be reported to Twist Boutique within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

    Please inform us of your return by emailing info@twistboutique.com and including your full name, order #, items being returned, and the reason for the return.  We will gladly accept your return of items in original condition, (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with all original tags attached.  Return your order using the shipping carrier of your choice or you may request we send you a return label. Return shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

    All clearance, sale items, jewelry and accessories are considered final sale, and shall not be subject to our return policy.  All shipping charges are non-refundable and are at the expense of the customer.  We reserve the right to refuse credit of the returned item if the above criteria are not met.

    When orders are returned in their original condition, a full credit (minus shipping) will be emailed as an e-certificate code (store credit) which can be used when shopping online or in-store.  This store credit does not have an expiration date.  The credit is your responsibility and we are not able to honor a lost code required for the store credit.  For security reasons, only the receiver of the store credit has the unique digital code.

    Once a return item is received at Twist Boutique please allow 2 weeks to process.
