We recommend hanging our products to dry or to put them in the dryer for 5 minutes on very low heat.
Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your order. We aim to process all orders as soon as possible, but as we are a small business doing everything ourselves, we may encounter delays from time to time.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 for all orders to the USA or free on orders $150+.
Shipping costs for orders outside of the USA will be calculated at checkout.
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition with tags attached for an exchange or a store credit.
All sale items, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

We will gladly accept your return of items in original condition, (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with all original tags attached. Return your order using the shipping carrier of your choice or you may request we send you a return label. Return shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

When orders are returned in their original condition, a full credit (minus shipping) will be emailed as an e-certificate code (store credit) which can be used when shopping online or in-store. This store credit does not have an expiration date. The credit is your responsibility and we are not able to honor a lost code required for the store credit. For security reasons, only the receiver of the store credit has the unique digital code.
